Return Policy

For a product to be returned, it must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have the original tags on it. All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.

It is our absolute goal to ensure you are happy with your Roosevelt & Co. purchase. If for any reason you would like to return any item(s) purchased from rooseveltandco.com, please reach out to us at info@rooseveltandco.com.

Once you've initiated your return please send your merchandise (in original condition with tags attached) back to our Huntsville store within 14 days of the original order date.

Once your returned goods are received, we will handle your return or exchange as requested. Refunds can be put towards a store credit, or exchanged for another product at your request, minus applicable shipping fees.

*All sales are final on sale items, perishable products, and the sale of underwear.
