Teddy's Picks For Spring 2018

As the shop continues to fill with this season’s new collections, we are so excited to share some of our favorite Spring looks.  No matter your style, we’ve got you covered from the gym to the office and everything in between.

FOR THE GYM

Tasc Performance Gym Short: We love Tasc’s best-selling propulsion short featuring a lightweight stretch woven body and MOSOtech inner compression short for moisture-wicking and anti-odor. This hunter green print pairs nicely with grey or navy!

Tasc Performance T-shirt:  One of our favorite performance shirts on the market is Tasc’s Charge T.  This lightweight tee is strategically designed with mesh ventilation to help keep you cool during those intense workouts.  You can never go wrong adding a navy or grey tee to your line up of workout wear.

Boarding Pass’ “Work Hard, Play Hard” Duffle Bag:  Made in the U.S.A. of 18 oz duck canvas and denier nylon, this duffle is sure to last you.  We are really digging the army green and navy combo here.

FOR THE OFFICE

Hardwick Sport Coat:  Made right up the road in Cleveland, TN, this Hardwick sport coat is a great way to update the wardrobe for this Spring.  We are definitely a sucker for a great windowpane, and this one from Hardwick does not disappoint.

Ballin Trouser:   This blue mix trouser from Ballin is one of our absolute favorite trousers for this Spring.  It pairs so nicely with so many of the new sport coats we have in the shop right now – especially this one from Hardwick pulling out the blue windowpane.

Roosevelt & Co. Dress Shirt:  This has quickly become one of our favorite go-to dress shirts for the season.  It looks like a solid powder blue shirt from a distance but up close you notice the subtle fine detail of a tonal dot design.

Edward Armah Tie:  We pretty much love anything Edward does!  He truly is an artist of his craft.  The hand on his ties are like none on the market.  This beautiful high blue tie with red dot accents definitely brings a little life to any look!

Lloyd Cap Toe Oxford:  Founded in 1888, Lloyd prides itself on consistently delivering first-class craftsmanship with inspired designs.   We believe this cap toe embodies the essence of Lloyd with its sleek design and beautifully hand-finished burnishing.

…AND INTO THE EVENING

To show you how you can easily transition your work attire into the evening, we paired the same sport coat and dress shirt you wore to the office earlier in the day with a few other garments you might have in the closet for a great night on the town this Spring!

Citizen’s of Humanity Jeans:  We love this new denim wash from Citizen’s of Humanity for this spring.  It’s still a dark wash but with navy undertones that gives it a fresh take on a dark jean.

Trask Sheepskin Loafers:  Of course we think these shoes are great looking but you just have to put your hands on them to truly appreciate how great they really are.  Made of a beautiful cognac sheepskin, they feel like butter and are comfortable from day one, even sans socks (although we recommend a nice loafer liner!)

Trask Gallatin Belt:  This is a great jean belt!  It gives a nice contrast to a darker jean and pairs really nicely with the Trask Sheepskin loafers.

FOR THE WEEKEND GETAWAY

Raleigh Five Pocket:  You know we love a good five pocket, and these linen blend ones from Raleigh are among our favorites this Spring.  Dress up with a nice woven or dress down with an easy crew neck tee.

Trask Slip-ons:  Probably one of our absolute favorite shoes this spring, these cool taupe suede slip-ons are the only shoes you need for a weekend getaway.  They pair great with jeans or shorts.  Airy perforations enhance the texture of the shoe and of course help with ventilation, which is always nice when it starts to heat up.

Billy Reid Short Sleeve Shirt:  We love the fun mimosa print of this Billy Reid shirt.  He has some great, fun short sleeve prints in this season’s collection, but this is one of our favorites.  Pairs perfectly with shorts or jeans and comes in blue as well!

Faherty Long Sleeve Woven:  The colors on this shirt are great.  It’s definitely a “go with everything” kind of shirt in a lightweight twill plaid.

Faherty Long Sleeve Crew:  We not only love the ocean inspired color on this crew, but we love how soft and light it wears!  Such an easy throw-on piece that you will find yourself pulling out to wear over and over again.

Tasc Shorts:  This is a new short for Tasc this season, and we are really digging it.  Crafted from their most innovative fabric yet, MOSOwoven – an organic cotton, bamboo viscose and elastane blend – that provides subtle stretch and an anti-wrinkle finish that allows you to step on and off the course with ease.

Sunspel Swim Trunks:  Sunspel is a brand new line we picked up this spring, carrying their amazing Riviera polos and swim trunks. Cut with a longer leg and inspired by the pair worn by Sean Connery in his role as James Bond, this sporty swim trunk is sure to get you noticed poolside!
