What are your hours of operation?

Clinton Row Location
Monday - Wednesday, 10am - 6pm CST

Thursday - Saturday, 10am - 7pm CST

Open Sundays in December: 12pm - 4pm CST

  

Is what I see online all of your inventory?

In short no, in store we have many more seasonal and unique garments. We wanted our online store to have a stable inventory and as such, we highlight a lot of our core products. We do have a few seasonal garments and will certainly be expanding upon this as we move forward.

 

Am I able to order something that is out of stock?

Yes, a lot of our Brands have additional stock in their garments and we are always willing to try and find something for someone. If you call the store at (256)-203-2440 then we will look into it and get back with you at no additional cost.

 

What are your shipping rates?

We offer free shipping via USPS on domestic orders over $250. We charge a flat rate of $10 via USPS Parcel Select for orders up to $249.00. For expedited shipping options, please contact us directly at the store at 256.203.2440.

 

How can I change my order?

All orders are processed & shipped the same or next business day, based on availability. Any changes to your orders can be made by contacting us directly at info@rooseveltandco.com or by phone at 256.203.2440. Please contact us with any changes as soon as possible to ensure your order can be shipped out correctly.

 

What does it mean if a product says ‘Coming Soon’?

Several of the products in our collection we carry in limited quantities for a limited amount of time. Other products that we consider to be our Core selection we fill into our inventory as frequently as possible. If an item is listed as ‘Coming Soon’, we will be restocking that product and it will be available again for order. Feel free to contact us directly for an exact restock date or to have the item special ordered for you.

What is your shipping & handling policy?

Orders placed after 12:00 noon CST will be processed and shipped the next business day. We regret that we currently are unable to ship to multiple addresses on one order. However, if multiple orders with the same shipping address are processed the same business day, we may choose to combine your orders into one shipment for efficiency. When and if items on your order are temporarily unavailable to ship by the next business day, you will be contacted with an updated shipping date and the option to substitute or cancel your order.
