Teddy's Picks for Spring 2020

With signs of warmer temperatures and sunny days ahead we couldn't let the time pass without acknowledging the first couple weeks of spring. The arrival of spring also means that new styles are arriving too. In this blog we are excited to share with you a list of Teddy’s Spring picks. Whether you are looking to upgrade your casual style or invest into something a bit more formal we’ve got you covered. Let us know which picks are your favorite and don’t forget to shop the item links.

Brax Five Pocket:  You know we love a good five pocket, and these Supima cotton ones from Brax are among our favorites this Spring. Dress up with a nice woven or dress down with an easy crew neck tee.

Faherty Long Sleeve Woven: Faherty made their everyday wardrobe staple even better with a new, cloud organic cotton—the lightest and softest cotton that you'll ever feel.  It’s definitely a “go with everything” kind of shirt in a lightweight twill plaid.

Trask Elkorn Belt: Simple, handsome design, crafted of richly grained Norwegian elk leather. A great belt option for several of your casual looks.

Anticipating the next time you can travel? Check out the RFID protected SECRID wallets we have on our online shop.  SECRID provides not only the security you are looking for when traveling but also the functionality you need on any given day.

Early spring, especially those cooler temp days, can be difficult to figure out which color way you should be putting on.  Neutrals are the perfect choice on these days as you aren’t screaming spring is here and you aren’t still stuck in those winter threads either. When in doubt monochromatic pairings are always a good idea. A few items we love from this look are:

Ballin Chino:   This semi-dressy chino is right in between a dress pant and the classic khaki chino you most likely have hanging in your closet. With its subtle diamond pattern, it offers another layer of depth and sophistication to one of Ballin's most comfortable pants.

Martin Dingman Belt: The Bristol Khaki Braided belt adds texture this otherwise simple look, not to mention it’s on sale. Shop the belt here.

Need a moment to unwind? Enjoy one of our Montana Artisan’s wine openers or purchase a Ranger Station Candle to keep your at-home space smelling fresh.

J Brand Five Pocket: The JBrand Kane fit is among our favorite 5 pockets for this Spring.  We especially love the slight green hue to this particular pair that’s a great go-to for the season.  Dress up with a nice woven or dress down with an easy crew neck tee.

Billy Reid Sport Shirt: We’re loving the blue plaid on this Billy Reid shirt. Pairs perfectly with shorts or jeans.

Trask Gallatin Belt:  This is a great jean belt! It gives a nice contrast to a darker jean and pairs wonderfully with the Trask Alder Sneakers.

Trask Alder Sneakers:  Trask's updated retro jogger is perfect for the spring season. One of the great benefits of this style is its’ removable molded insole.

For the Whiskey Enthusiast, check out the Norlan Glasses along with our Moore & Giles Leather Coasters.

Hickey Freeman Sportcoat:  Made from 100% Super 140's wool this Hickey Freeman sport coat is a great option to update the wardrobe for this Spring.  We are definitely a sucker for a great windowpane, and this one from Hickey does not disappoint.

Ballin Trousers:  This blue mix trouser from Ballin is one of our absolute favorite trousers for this Spring.  It pairs so nicely with so many of the new sport coats we have on our online shop right now – especially this one from Hickey pulling out the blue windowpane.

Edward Armah Tie: We pretty much love anything Edward does!  He truly is an artist of his craft.  The hand on his ties are like none on the market.  This beautiful high blue tie definitely brings a little life to any look! You can shop several of our other tie options here.

Southwick Sportcoat:  This Southwick sport coat is unique in that it has a subtle windowpane and herringbone pattern, but from a distance appears more like a solid coat.

Ballin Trousers: Again, we love the Blue Ballin trousers and as you can see they transition very well with various sport coats giving you multiple options when it comes to wearability. This great year-round, day-to-day, dress pant is perfect for work, travel, or a night out.
